Two Years and a Day

For those of you keeping score at home, today marks two years to the day that Nina and I have lived together.  At the time she moved in we hadn’t gotten married yet and some people might have thought we we’re rushing into things but we disagree.  We had been engaged for about 4 weeks  but remember this, we had been dating almost twice as long as that!

Did it happen fast?  Sure, but it wasn’t rushed.  Believe it or not, it was right on time.  If I waited any longer she might have changed her mind.

Since that day a lot has happened: We got married, we got used to living together and like that special episode of Diff”rent Strokes – one or more people has been molested but we’ve all learned valuable lessons.

We’ll probably be talking about some of the things we’ve learned over the past two years on our live chat show on Saturday night.

It starts at 8:00 pm Pacific time at and lasts as long as it needs to (probably about an hour and a few minutes).

You should check it out and tell your friends.  We’ll see you there.

  1. Happy Move-in-aversary!

  2. Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together?

    Happy Day to you both!

  3. Congrats to both of you. You’re a great couple and wonderful people. And you, Mr. Will, are still not an asshole, despite claims otherwise! :)

So who was Dudley and who was Mr. Horton?

Paco – Nice job on the bike shop owners name. I’m pretty sure I was Dudley but the weird part is that my wife plays the Arnold role and runs to tell Conrad Bain.

I remember thinking ‘oh my, what’s will doing here’ – it did seem rather quick. Glad to hear it’s work so wonderfully for you folks.

Much love and happy sort-of anniversary.

I have said it before and I say it again.
You are a lucky man to someone like Nina
    in you’re life.

  8. The one with Mr. Carlson from WKRP, right?
