Here’s a thought that’s been taking up space in my head lately. I wonder if anyone else has felt this way:
The day I my wife moved in with me I became the second best blogger in my house (and honestly if my dog could type I’d be the third best). I am fine with this arrangement because living with a blog star has, in my opinion at least, made me better at this than I was before. Besides when I was the best blogger in the house I was a miserable lonely mess. I guess I’d rather be the Prince of Happytown than the King of Jerksylvania.
It’s good not to be king.

My husband refuses to blog, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Therefore, me = Still #1 Blogger in My House!! :)
Sarah – I suspect you’d rate pretty high even if he did. At least top two.
You lie! I didn’t want to date you ’cause you were all popular n’ shit.
Slackmistress – True but you had just started the Slack Daily when we met. You’ve since become far more popular than me and deservedly so.
My husband is constantly talking about how “famous” and “popular” I am. I maintain that he is the popular one, and if he blogged more than once a month his online audience would reflect that.
my boyfriend barely operates myspace without getting angry and shutting the computer off. blogging is not his area.
my cat does blog btw and is much funnier than i am
i claim you king and queen equally as awesome in your own talent kingdoms.
According to the internet people only read my blog to see my wife.
I read HER blog to see your wife. I read yours for updates about the Hobo Record Club. Plus, I’m still holding out hope for the neighbor guy to marry the orgy girl.
My dog only blogs in Spanish, so I have a larger audience.
I was blogging for quite some time before my wife took it up. It was kinda weird for me at first, but I think it’s really great now. At this point, she’s contributing to several different blogs, and writes way more than I do.
I had a remarkably similar conversation on Saturday. It turns out the my boyfriend is the King of Music and I am the Queen of Knowing Stupid Shit About People on TV.
We all blog in my house. Yes, even the dogs. None of us are popular and I’m somehow okay with that. I can’t claim to be the “best,” but I am the most consistent, which isn’t saying much lately.
Trevor refuses to even get a gmail account. Then again, he spends the day helping make things for television and internet. (http://www.current.com).
You are both #1 bloggers in my book. I am the worst blog reader. It takes me forever to catch up to everyone.
That is so sweet of you, betheboy! I read both your blogs, best frickin content on the web. ever.
Thanks Burn, that is very kind of you to say.
