I can be so immature…

My favorite channel in the world is the History International Channel, on the weekends it changes into the Military History Channel, it’s the best 48 hours of my week.

At least once per weekend while talking about the siege of an ancient city the narrator will say that the inhabitants of the besieged city “Beat off the attackers” for example “the crusaders marched and fought straight through to Jerusalem where they were finally beaten off by the Muslim army”. I laugh every time. Long battles climaxed with handjobs, war with a happy ending.
